Millennium Force is a real estate development company rooted in the suburban Indianapolis market. We specialize in medical office development with a focused presence in central Indiana.
We aren't a large institutional developer chasing yield across a national portfolio, and we don't invest where we don't know the municipalities. We're local. We know these markets, we know the municipalities, and we invest here because we believe in what this region is becoming.

Brian Scholz
Principal
Brian founded Millennium Force after years leading design-build construction projects across central Indiana. He's seen first-hand how the wrong real estate structure can quietly cost a growing practice its long-term value — and built Millennium Force to fix that from the ground up.
Connor Oke
Development Manager
Connor manages the day-to-day of every Millennium Force project, from entitlement through final walkthrough. He keeps schedules honest and budgets disciplined, so practitioners get a clear runway from signed agreement to opening day.
Development
We identify sites, manage entitlements, structure financing, and deliver projects from the ground up. Every building we develop is designed with the owner-occupant in mind: the right size, the right layout, and the right financial structure to make ownership work.
Brokerage
Our licensed brokers represent buyers, sellers, and tenants in central Indiana's commercial markets. We handle acquisitions, dispositions, and lease transactions, including helping owners lease portions of their building to offset their debt service.
Construction
Through our affiliated general contractor HP Legacy, we control the construction process directly. Faster timelines, tighter budgets, and a quality standard we stand behind on every project.
